ORDER DETAILS

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Orders will be shipped using the most economical method used by our suppliers. Most orders are dropped-ship directly from our suppliers and we use their shipping companies such as: FedEx, UPS or US Mail. We will work closely with our suppliers to find the most economical shipping method. Our goal is to communicate with you as much as possible to provide you piece of mind; knowing we are working on your order. Open communication is very important for us; all communication will be provided via email.

 

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Custom products are not returnable. Custom products are considered any product that has been altered by printing custom logos, custom player names and numbers. These products include: Custom printing, Custom printing jerseys, Custom team jerseys, Custom team uniforms.

Please note. Before returning any items please contact us so we can issue you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) otherwise the products without a RAN number will not be received and these items will be rejected. USPS does NOT accept any boxes and or packages for PO Boxes. Customers shipping products without a RAN runs the risk of the package been returned and customer will be responsible for shipping costs.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

  • Due to COVID-19 some of the items are NOT returnable. Please review product description to make sure is returnable.
  • We will happily exchange unused, unwashed, unworn, regular price merchandise with original packaging.
  • Claims for damages or shortages must be made within 10 business days of receipt of the order.
  • Requests for returns must be made within 15 days from date of shipment and returned in the original packaging.
  • Closeout merchandise may not be returned; all sales final.
  • Decorated and custom printing products may not be returned. These are products specifically made to your specifications.
  • All returns require a Return Authorization. To request a return, email us at: Sales@soccer-paradise.com or fill out the form below.
  • Returned merchandise must be received within 30 days of receiving the Return Authorization.
  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
  • Restock fee will be waived if a replacement order of equal or greater value is placed at the time the Return Authorization is issued.

Before requesting a RAN we recommend you to contact us so we can help you with your request. In the majority of cases our customer service is able to resolved a large percentage of issues over email or phone.

Custom products are not returnable, these includes but not limited to: Custom printing jerseys, custom team jerseys, custom uniforms.
